The BIM (Building Information Modelling) methodology is now widely known throughout the world, but there are still markets where, for some reason, it has not yet taken hold or where there is some resistance to understanding and applying it in detail.
The benefits of using this methodology in the design and construction phase or during the life of the building are innumerable.
I started using specialised BIM software back in 1992, so I have a lot of knowledge and experience with this type of software and project delivery system.
After years of developing my profession in the design of buildings of all types (residential, sanitary, commercial, industrial, educational…) and in different phases (preliminary design, execution projects, production control during construction or creation of facility management plans), I am in the ideal position, from the role of BIM manager, to plan the workflow, design the architecture of the database and create a BIM model that meets all the functions required by the client in each case.
I will show from this site some articles talking about different aspects of BIM methods and features.
