Painterly style photography. 2022

Light is everything. We see according to how light shapes our surroundings, which is why I always use only natural light for my interior photography; adding artificial light seems to me like painting over a finished picture. The artist’s challenge is to see and show what light gives us.

La luz lo es todo. Vemos en función de cómo la luz da forma a los que nos rodea, por eso yo siempre utilizo para mis fotografías de interior sólo luz natural; añadir luces artificiales me parece como pintar sobre un cuadro ya acabado. El reto del artista es ver y mostrar eso que la luz nos regala.
